This role is ideal for passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about education and eager to assist students and educators in maximizing their learning experiences. As a part of our dedicated team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and help them navigate our e-learning platform in a friendly and professional manner.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries about educational products and e-learning services via phone, email, and live chat in German.. . Guide users through the registration process, course selections, and platform features.. . Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensure a positive user experience.. . Document customer interactions diligently and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.. . Collaborate with educational teams to improve service offerings based on user feedback.. . Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is vital; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in education or e-learning.. . Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage and assist diverse customer groups.. . Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.. .
