Accountabilities. ·         Lead quarterly planning and portfolio management for UTM-related programs, defining clear deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.. ·         Drive alignment and collaboration across technical and regulatory teams to resolve complex problems and ensure successful execution.. ·         Prepare and present program status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders.. ·         Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, coordinating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.. ·         Manage change communications and ensure compliance with product lifecycle development standards and engineering policies.. ·         Support technical decision-making by providing clear guidance, documentation, and insights on program initiatives.. ·         8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within UTM, drone operations, or related aerospace fields.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.. ·         Strong knowledge of UTM systems, architecture, and the regulatory landscape.. ·         Technical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.. ·         Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to navigate complex organizational challenges.. ·         Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to execute programs effectively in dynamic environments.. ·         Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously while driving results and ensuring alignment..
