As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex programs in the uncrewed air traffic management (UTM) space, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable drone operations. You will manage multi-stakeholder initiatives, balancing technical execution with regulatory compliance, and play a critical role in shaping the future of advanced drone systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, regulatory, and executive teams to deliver impactful solutions and drive program success across multiple domains.. Accountabilities. ·         Lead quarterly planning and portfolio management for UTM-related programs, defining clear deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.. ·         Drive alignment and collaboration across technical and regulatory teams to resolve complex problems and ensure successful execution.. ·         Prepare and present program status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders.. ·         Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, coordinating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.. ·         Manage change communications and ensure compliance with product lifecycle development standards and engineering policies.. ·         Support technical decision-making by providing clear guidance, documentation, and insights on program initiatives.. ·         8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within UTM, drone operations, or related aerospace fields.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.. ·         Strong knowledge of UTM systems, architecture, and the regulatory landscape.. ·         Technical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.. ·         Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to navigate complex organizational challenges.. ·         Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to execute programs effectively in dynamic environments.. ·         Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously while driving results and ensuring alignment..
