This role focuses on producing podcast trailers, episode highlights, and full-length edits that grab attention and grow our audience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating viral or highly engaging YouTube podcast content, with a strong portfolio showcasing trailers, highlight reels, and full episode edits. You’ll collaborate closely with the podcast hosts and marketing team to ensure videos are polished, on-brand, and optimized for YouTube growth.. Key Responsibilities. Edit podcast episodes into full-length YouTube content and shorter highlight clips.. Create dynamic, high-impact podcast trailers that hook viewers and drive subscriptions.. Incorporate captions, graphics, transitions, and motion elements to enhance storytelling.. Collaborate with hosts and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and tone.. Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, engagement, and shareability.. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.. Stay current on trends in YouTube podcast content, storytelling techniques, and visual effects.. Required Qualifications. Proven experience editing YouTube podcast content; portfolio required, with examples of trailers and high-engagement videos..
