Account Managers own our client relationships, manage requests and smaller projects, and report on outcomes.. Your primary role is communication, and your success will be measured by client retention and the growth of your overall book of business. You’ll act as the main agency point of contact, meet with internal teams, organize meetings, participate in digital strategy, and educate clients on the work we do and the results we deliver.. What We’re Looking For. We’re looking for Account Managers anywhere in the U.S. who:. . Have familiarity with websites and digital marketing, including a solid understanding of SEO and PPC. We provide comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, job shadowing, call recordings, and detailed overviews of your assigned accounts.. . Have some familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and how they can be used to help clients become more visible online—WISE is a leading firm in AI-driven visibility.. . Can grow into leading strategic conversations about digital marketing—with guidance and support from fellow Account Managers and department experts.. . Are comfortable managing 15+ monthly accounts.. . Have 3+ years of account management experience with local, regional, and national accounts. Bonus points if you’ve worked in:. . . .
