
Regional Sales Manager, East at Noble. POSITION SUMMARY . The Regional Sales Manager will have the unique opportunity to build customer relationships by providing innovative solutions, mission focused products, and contracting vehicles to eliminate customer procurement challenges. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining sales opportunities to include account management and end user relationships with agencies within an assigned geographic location. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a regional plan as well as geographic strategy with direct input from the Director of Regional Sales, Sr. Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Inside Sales. The Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for interacting with customers and direct reports daily both through preferred communication methods. Primarily fulfilling their requirements through order creation, providing price estimates, product specifications and demonstrations, and general customer questions. the Regional Sales Manager must possess the ability to multi-task and use professional time management skills to complete all tasks on or before schedule. Accomplishes regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned territories.. . Travels to regional client locations and attends symposiums, conferences, tradeshows, exhibitions, and conducts vendor ride a longs for the purpose of cultivating sales opportunities. . . Actively develops competitive and customer intelligence; communicates market intelligence, opportunities and threats to the company. . . Provides price quotations, establishes proper credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Learns and utilizes internal ERP system for processing quotes and orders.. . Assists Inside Sales staff in data entry with generating quotes for customers, as well as identifying optimal funding opportunities available.. . Recommends products to customers based on customers' needs and interests.. . Performs administrative duties such as preparing reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports to meet corporate deadlines. . . Collaborates with potential customer professionals in product development, improvements, modifications or changes that enhance overall performance.. . Accurately processes quotes that have been received either in writing, electronically, or by phone.. . Develops a marketing strategy to create sales leads for new contacts within the existing region.. . Implements an inside/outside team approach for sales, territory/customer strategy, vendor relations and dealer of records.. . ADDITIONAL DUTIES. .
