Wholesale Sales Manager. to drive retail growth by managing existing accounts and launching new partnerships. You’ll work closely with our founders and operations team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive top-line revenue. The ideal candidate has beauty or CPG sales experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to contribute to our mission and momentum.. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:. . Drive the overall retail strategy and execution for the wholesale division . . Manage and support third-party sales reps & agencies; onboard new reps/agencies to expand distribution . . Manage and grow our Faire.com presence—store optimization, merchandising, and promotions . . Research and pitch new key accounts to expand retail partnerships . . Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and support them with promotions, product knowledge, and partnership opportunities . . Develop and analyze sales reports and market trends to shape strategy . . Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment compliance . . Maintain and refresh the wholesale catalog and pricing sheets in collaboration with design and creative . . Coordinate with outside vendors (e.g., print shops, display manufacturers) to ensure sales collateral and displays remain stocked. . . 5+ years of experience in retail or wholesale sales, ideally within the beauty or CPG industries . . Proven success in growing sales and managing retail account strategies . . Experience with large retail accounts (25+ store locations) is a strong plus . . Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented . . Strong communicator and relationship builder with a talent for storytelling . . Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems . . Familiarity with Faire.com platform is a major plus . . Ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies . . Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving . . Data-driven mindset with ability to report on KPIs and performance metrics. . Company Location: Mexico.
