As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will:. . Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.. . Design and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.. . Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.. . Manage and maintain CMDB data, ensuring accurate modeling and integrations.. . Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.. .
