Handle customer inquiries in Croatian regarding tourism services, accommodations, and activities. . Provide detailed information and support to clients throughout their travel journey. . Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service offerings. . Stay updated on tourism trends and services available in Greece. . . Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . A strong customer service mindset and a passion for helping others. .
