Oversee multiple homeowners insurance portfolios and partner with underwriting to drive profitability and premium growth.. . Lead initiatives to design, refine, and enhance insurance products, including rate development, policy forms, and automation strategies.. . Utilize market intelligence, internal data, and financial analysis to identify performance gaps and implement actionable solutions.. . Advocate for innovative, data-driven practices to improve products and processes.. . Champion the retail agent user experience, ensuring product enhancements are intuitive, streamlined, and effective.. .
