Customer Solutions Specialist . you'll focus on generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales, primarily through phone or email communication. Working remotely, handling inbound calls and interacting with potential clients. The primary goal of a Customer Solutions Specialist is to . drive revenue growth. and . expand Centrapay’s customer base. . . What You'll Do. . . Handle inbound sales inquiries. and manage a sales pipeline through to close . . . Qualify leads. , identify customer needs, and provide solutions aligned with Centrapay’s offerings . . . Track leads. , nurture relationships, and follow up on opportunities. . Convert leads into customers, and . support the Sales team in driving revenue growth. . . Assist with pre-sales onboarding when required. . Maintain and update accurate customer and sales data. . 👀 Who we're looking for. . 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. . Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management . . Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport . . Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset. . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. . Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. .
