Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in the US and globally, with a strong focus on go-to-market positions.. . Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.. . Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and agencies.. . Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.. . Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.. . . Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within tech or startup environments.. . Proven ability to recruit across diverse functions, including technical and sales roles.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.. . Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Comeet experience is a plus).. . Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles independently.. . Must be available to work US hours and begin no later than September 1st.. .
