Account Manager. , you will focus on delivering key success metrics, leading continuous improvement and encouraging innovation to drive long-term success with our key business partners in the region. Your primary responsibilities will include programme management, stakeholder management, negotiating new partnership agreements, and leading marketing initiatives such as newsletters and digital engagement campaigns . What You’ll Do:. Strategic Account Management.  . Act as the main point of contact for your business partners, providing proactive support and handling day-to-day issues promptly and escalating appropriately  . Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with partner objectives and increase revenue. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records using CRM tools, ensuring all partner interactions are documented and actionable insights are tracked. .  . Relationship Management . Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations. . Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions to understand partner goals and deliver key success metrics. . Partnership and Proposition Development . Identify key partnerships in the region and negotiate a range of assets for the local market that drive engagement and strong NPS . Seek and develop new trends in luxury travel and lifestyle to ensure our proposition remains cutting-edge and desirable. . Marketing and Communications . Brief in, monitor and approve mailers featuring the best mix of assets to meet the specific success metrics of the programme. . Performance Monitoring & Reporting . Regularly analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing action plans. . Provide detailed reports to partners and internal leadership, showcasing successes, growth opportunities, and areas of focus. . Key Competencies. . . Language Requirements:. Professional proficiency in . Norwegian. and . English. (Additional languages such as . Swedish. or . Danish. are beneficial). . .
