This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for logistics and a desire to provide outstanding support to customers navigating their supply chain needs. You will be instrumental in assisting Polish-speaking clients with their inquiries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipping details, and supply chain processes via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide accurate information about shipping rates, delivery timelines, and customs regulations.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting logistical issues and coordinate effective solutions.. . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.. . Work alongside internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication and service delivery.. . Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to best assist our clients.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Prior experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or supply chain management.. . Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.. . Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.. . Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.. . Familiarity with logistics software and CRM systems is desirable.. . Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.. . Company Location: Greece.
