Technical Sales Manager at Tekpak Automation at Eisvogel Group AG. The Wexford, Ireland based company provides their customers with bespoke, multiformat solutions and full lines.  The company is a leader in secondary packaging for sweets & confectionary in the UK. . In the UK technical sales manager role, you will play a significant part of the sales operations in the UK. You will be responsible for supporting food & beverage sales activities in the UK, the designing of concept designs for full lines and bespoke individual solutions, creating 2D Autocad layouts & 3D renders, support the review of budget and cost estimates, and drafting the quotations for customers. Sales activities range from client relationships, conceptual design & presentation skills.  . The business is looking to grow this function of the business; therefore, this role will provide a lot of visibility and opportunities to grow in the coming years.  . This position will be a key resource to the Sales effort at Tekpak to help identify and close large scale multi-million Euro, Complex Automation Projects to World-leading Companies in Food & Life-sciences in the UK. Ideal for someone in a design team looking to move into a senior technical sales role or someone in sales looking for a step up. . Responsibilities may include: .  . Lead the drafting of concepts & drawing layouts with 2D AutoCad of individual solutions & full lines, and providing any other simulations, rendering or data to support sales . Generate quotations templates and proposals for customers. . Work closely with the CEO and the Technical Director to make sure the quotations and designs include all the correct information and costs; . Support pricing by working with technical director, Production director & financial controller to make sure all the pricing & cost data is correct. . Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions, includes speaking about the company’s products and services; . Support the sales pipeline and lead tracking process to report on key KPIs related to the lead generation and conversion rates; . Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service; . Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. . Support sales with updating CRM and maintaining that the catalogue is up to date . Lead the sales activities for food sector . Attributes: . . Willingness to learn. . Team player. . Attention to detail. . . 4 or more years in the packaging, engineering or machine manufacturing industry  . . Experience in selling automation . . Deep experience with AutoCad 2D . . Some knowledge of Solidworks 3D . . Some experience with working with Blender, RoboDK or something else to create 3D animations. . . Experience developing automation solutions and concept layout design is a distinct advantage. . . Competency in Word, Powerpoint & Excel . . Company Location: United Kingdom.
