Provide exceptional customer service in German to clients in the energy sector.. . Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to oil and gas services.. . Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and product information.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and resolve complex issues.. . Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.. . . Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas industry.. . Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions professionally.. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries.. . Basic knowledge or keen interest in the energy sector.. . Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.. . Company Location: Greece.
