Lead and manage a team of Strategic Solutions Managers across several territories while maintaining personal responsibility for key accounts.. . Provide weekly performance reports and monthly business reviews to stakeholders; ensure Salesforce data is current, accurate, and actionable.. . Coach Dealer Relations team members on effective sales strategies, including personalized approaches and impactful QBRs.. . Collaborate with commercial leadership on territory planning and pipeline forecasting.. . Drive upsell opportunities and contract enhancements through a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.. .
