This role offers a dynamic opportunity to connect with prospective homebuyers and guide them through the early stages of their journey. As a key link between digital inquiries and in-person sales, you'll be responsible for managing online leads, converting interest into appointments, and ensuring a responsive and engaging experience across multiple platforms. With a focus on communication, follow-up, and sales performance, you'll play a critical part in optimizing the online customer journey in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.. Accountabilities:. . Respond promptly to all incoming online inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, aiming to convert them into on-site appointments.. . Qualify eLeads and manage ongoing follow-up at strategic intervals (3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days) to maximize conversion.. . Guide prospects to the best community fit based on needs, sending marketing materials and managing expectations throughout the process.. . Maintain lead activity in the CRM system, tracking interactions and progress across platforms.. . Conduct email campaigns and launch new communities online, while analyzing website and marketing performance data.. . Prepare detailed reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and trends, offering recommendations to improve digital engagement.. . Monitor competitor marketing, perform website research, and contribute to strategic enhancements of the online experience.. . Support various ad-hoc marketing and sales initiatives as assigned.. . . Active WA Real Estate License required.. . High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.. . 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing; prior experience in real estate or homebuilding is a strong asset.. . Skilled in CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).. . Fast and accurate typing (45+ WPM), with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up capabilities.. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email and phone interactions.. .
