You will transform technical and complex B2B topics into accessible, dynamic, and compelling video and live experiences that educate our audience and promote our position as an expert in the industry.. What you'll do. You will report to the Head of Custom Solutions, B2B. Host and Moderate: Lead several on-screen content, including B2B webinars, video interviews, live event segments, and trade show video content. You will introduce speakers, managing time, ensuring a smooth and engaging flow, and moderating panel discussions and fireside chats. Audience Engagement: monitor live chat, polls, and Q&A to incorporate audience questions and comments into the conversation, making sure viewers feel heard and included.. Content Collaboration: Partner with our webinar and content teams to write and review scripts, presentations, and run-of-show documents to shape the narrative and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and goals.. Technical Oversight: Be comfortable with managing common technical issues on several webinar platforms and on-site video production equipment.. Professional Representation: Serve as a professional brand ambassador, conducting interviews with industry experts, clients, and partners.. Client Coaching/Onboarding: Guide clients and presenters through the event or webinar process. You'll introduce them to the hosting platform, assist with content planning, and advise speakers of best practices and techniques to most affect their audience.. Content Production: Record content in our virtual studio or in-person, then prepare the footage with notes and revisions for our editing team. . Experience that will put you ahead of the curve.
