Assist clients with questions related to automotive insurance policies and claims procedures. . Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions. . Educate customers on their insurance coverage and claims options. . Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery. . Participate in training sessions to stay informed about industry regulations and company policies. . Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. . Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the insurance or automotive industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service.
