The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, and comfortable reaching out to businesses to introduce our recruitment and workforce services.. Key Responsibilities:. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (companies in need of staffing services) . Introduce and promote the company’s staffing and recruitment solutions . Identify client needs and qualify leads for the sales team . Schedule appointments or meetings for Business Development/Sales Representatives . Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems . Follow up with prospects via phone and email when necessary . Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. Requirements:. Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B preferred) . Strong communication and persuasion skills . Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated . Basic understanding of staffing, recruitment, or HR services (a plus) . Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems . Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
