Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals through a secure telehealth platform . Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans . Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation . Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed . Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate . Support clients with evidence-based interventions and practical coping strategies . Maintain ethical and professional standards in all clinical interactions . Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program . Active LCSW license in good standing . At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred . Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services . Strong documentation and case management skills . Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records .
