Manage client relationships by advising on investment programs, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations.. . Handle documentation, meetings, and communications with high-net-worth clients.. . Maintain organized records and oversee administrative tasks.. . Coordinate projects and support executives and teams in daily operations.. . Utilize . ASANA, TaskRay, and Salesforce. to manage workflows efficiently.. . Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.. . . . Fluency in English.. . . . Higher education. (or ongoing studies) in . law, finance, business, or a related field. , or previous work experience in these areas.. . Experience in . office management, client management, or legal assistance. is a strong advantage.. . Familiarity with . legal and compliance responsibilities. in the investment immigration industry is preferred.. . Strong . organizational and time management. abilities.. .
