Our client is seeking a motivated and professional B2B Outreach & Cold Caller to join their team. This role is the first point of contact for their network and new enquiries, responsible for engaging prospects through outbound calls and Linked In, qualifying leads, sending professional pitch decks, and booking appointments for directors. Success in this role is measured not by closing deals directly, but by building relationships, identifying genuine opportunities, and ensuring a smooth handover to management for high-value engagements.. Key Responsibilities. Work systematically through the clients pre-built network list of builders, developers, architects, landscapers, and past enquiries.. Ensure every contact is engaged via LinkedIn connection (where applicable) + call introduction.. Use LinkedIn to build relationships with prospects, share project updates, and warm contacts before calls.. Deliver tailored pitches depending on whether speaking with a builder, developer, architect, or homeowner.. Follow up by sending pre-made pitch decks via Better Proposals to provide a professional introduction to the company.. Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, ensuring they are qualified by project type, budget, location, and timeline.. Ask structured discovery questions to uncover upcoming projects, contractor requirements, and decision-making processes.. Communicate the brands unique value: boutique, non-volume builder, transparent progress claims, and direct director involvement.. Book and confirm appointments, site visits, or consultations with directors/project managers once prospects are qualified.. Maintain accurate records of calls, LinkedIn messages, proposals sent, and meetings booked in CRM.. Confident communicator with strong phone and LinkedIn presence.. Experience in outbound sales, business development, or appointment setting.. Skilled at qualifying leads, handling objections, and securing appointments.. Highly organised, disciplined, and able to work systematically through a list.. Professional, resilient, and brand-conscious — persistent but never pushy.. Self-motivated with a focus on hitting activity and conversion targets.. Construction industry awareness (builders, architects, project stages) desirable but not essential..
