What You’ll Do: . • Answer 30+ inbound calls per day in English and Spanish. • Create and manage support tickets in Zoho Desk . • Provide updates on orders, shipping, and product information . • Place customer orders during the call using Zoho Inventory. • Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM . • Walk customers through basic troubleshooting when needed . • 1 –5 years of customer service or inside sales experience. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a neutral, professional accent . • Strong communication and active listening skills . • Comfortable using Zoho or similar systems (CRM, ticketing, inventory) . • A curious mindset — comfort with science or chemistry is a plus . • Familiarity with IP phone systems like GoToConnect is helpful.
