You will work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, provide solution guidance, and create compelling demonstrations that showcase value. The position combines pre-sales technical leadership, solution design, and strategic consulting to drive successful customer outcomes. You will influence enterprise-level CCaaS deployments, participate in discovery sessions, and contribute to proposals and architectural best practices. Accountabilities. As a CCaaS Solutions Architect, you will:. . Collaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements and map them to technical solutions.. . Deliver compelling demos and presentations to showcase CCaaS and AI-powered customer engagement capabilities.. . Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions for mid-to-large scale contact center transformation projects.. . Develop and modify proposals, respond to RFPs, and communicate value propositions effectively.. . Operate as a trusted advisor, owning the technical relationship with customers and providing best-practice guidance.. . Capture and share technical content, reference architectures, and best practices for internal and external use.. . Coordinate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to streamline solution delivery and improve product offerings.. . Provide feedback to product management to enhance the CCaaS solutions portfolio.. . Candidates should have:. . 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales of CCaaS solutions, preferably with Amazon Connect.. . 2–3 years in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong presentation and engagement skills.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).. . Highly technical and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.. . Curiosity, adaptability, and fast learning capabilities in emerging technologies, particularly AI and cloud services.. . Preferred Skills:. . Proven ability to influence customers and lead technical engagements.. . Familiarity with broader CCaaS platforms (NICE InContact, Genesys, Five9, Avaya, etc.).. . Experience architecting AWS-based solutions and familiarity with AWS services such as Connect, Lex, Comprehend, Transcribe, and QuickSight.. .
