Provide outstanding customer service in French to clients in the manufacturing industry.. . Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and orders via phone, email, or chat.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members to improve customer service delivery and address recurring issues.. . Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common issues to enhance service quality.. . Stay updated on manufacturing products and services to provide accurate information to customers.. . . Fluent in French (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing sector.. . Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle complaints effectively.. .
