In this role, you’ll drive the. test automation strategy, design robust test suites, and ensure the quality and reliability of our. products across multiple services and platforms.. -What you will do as a Senior QA Automation Engineer?. ● Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for web, API,. and backend services. ● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define. acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage. ● Lead efforts in CI/CD integration, ensuring automated tests run reliably across pipelines. ● Perform code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and promote best practices for test. automation. ● Investigate and report bugs and issues with detailed reproduction steps and logs. ● Ensure test data, environments, and tools are properly maintained and aligned with team. needs. ● Proactively contribute to our quality culture and participate in improving testing processes. -What we are looking for.... ● 5+ years of professional experience in QA automation. ● Strong programming skills in JavaScript. ● Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress or Playwright. ● Solid experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate. ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). ● Deep understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and QA. methodologies. ● Knowledge of version control tools like Git. ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Desirable (but not required):. ● Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling). ● Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS. ● ISTQB or other relevant certifications. ● Experience in contract testing or TDD/BDD.
