Currently, we are looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client in the Education & E-Learning industry. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in a Nordic language. . Assist clients with technical issues related to e-learning platforms. . Provide product knowledge and guidance to enhance user experience. . Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer complaints promptly. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. . Engage in proactive communication with customers to identify their needs. . Gather customer feedback and suggest process improvements for service enhancement. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish). . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. . Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in e-learning or technology. . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. . Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. .
