Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, services, and orders via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide accurate information on menu options, promotional offers, and nutritional details.. . Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and complaints effectively.. . Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records and track issues.. . Collaborate with culinary and logistics teams to ensure timely service and resolution of customer issues.. . Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector.. . Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.. . Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.. . Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.. .
