RESPONSIBILITIES:. Track tax preparation statuses - reviewing client questionnaires, gathering tax documents, reminding clients which tax documents are missing. Prepare tax returns in UltraTax. Tax planning support - review what quarterly tax estimates have been sent to the client and paid. Communicate with clients via email and text. Review monthly financials . Supporting US tax managers. 2+ years experience in US Taxes. 2+ years experience using UltraTax. Experience in Quickbooks Online. Tech savvy - able to navigate Zoom, Slack, etc and learn new software quickly. Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients with an awareness of what needs to be prioritized. Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members across digital channels and an innate desire to build relationships. Humility and openness to coaching and critiques; always seeking to improve. Persistence and an ability to stay on track. Bookkeeping skills, general knowledge of payroll and accounting principles.
