Oversee client files through each stage of the franchise financing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.. . Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email to provide updates and guidance.. . Review, analyze, and prepare submitted documentation for bank packaging, including applications and checklists.. . Manage project timelines and ensure all initiatives stay on track.. . Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients and provide ongoing operational support.. . Prepare, distribute, and manage Master Services Agreements (MSAs) using tools such as Panda Doc.. . Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to resolve client matters efficiently.. . Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets.. . Uphold quality control procedures and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.. . Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence.. . . Experience in client services, operations, or project coordination (financial services experience is a plus).. . Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.. .
