Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.. . Build strong relationships with hiring managers to clearly understand their staffing needs.. . Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.. . Utilize various platforms and tools for sourcing and engaging candidates.. . Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.. . Maintain up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics.. . Qualifications and Experience. . 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.. . Deep understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.. . Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.. .
