Accountabilities. As an MES Solution Architect, you will:. . Lead the end-to-end implementation of MES solutions, including system upgrades, workflow design, and CIO map development.. . Analyze and translate user requirements into technical specifications and process improvements.. . Design, code, and develop MES workflows and system configurations.. . Coordinate and distribute tasks within the project team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.. . Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, project teams, and technical staff.. . Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.. .
