We’re on the hunt for a curious, organized, and driven US Sales Account Manager to help us grow and support our retail and distribution partners in the US. You’ll be part matchmaker, part strategist, part operator—helping us scale relationships with both indie shops and national chains across the Adult, Wellness, and Prestige retail space.. You’ll be directly responsible for managing top accounts, cultivating new leads, and partnering cross-functionally to maximize growth, education, and execution. Own and grow Dame’s relationships with US retail and distributor partners (Adult + Prestige + Mass). . Act as a strategic advisor to accounts—pitching programs, merchandising, and marketing ideas. . Manage the full wholesale lifecycle: forecasting, orders, fulfillment issues, data tracking. . Travel to key tradeshows and buyer meetings. . Build and manage outreach strategy for new account growth (email, LinkedIn, show floor, etc.). . Track key sales metrics, MAP adherence, inventory status, and promotional success. . Collaborate with our operations, brand, and digital teams to ensure accounts are supported end to end. . Maintain accurate CRM documentation and support reporting for internal stakeholders. . What Success Looks Like. . You’ve deepened our relationships with our top 10 accounts. . You’ve opened new doors and grown revenue by channel and tier. . You’ve built a smooth system for tracking, reporting, and collaborating with ops. . You’ve added real strategy—not just logistics—to account planning. . Must-Haves. . 3–5 years in account management, preferably in CPG or wellness. . Deep understanding of wholesale sales strategy, buyer psychology, and how to move product. . Experience managing retail relationships (bonus points for Adult, Beauty, or Wellness categories). . Confident communicator—both written and verbal (yes, even the cold emails). . Highly organized and accountable—you keep your leads warm and your numbers tight. . Can travel occasionally and are comfortable presenting in both casual and corporate settings. .
