We are hiring for a Manager, Direct Marketing who will be responsible for leading the team that drives customer acquisition through offline channels. This includes planning and executing events, partnerships, and on-ground activations. The goal is to increase brand visibility and engagement through targeted, face-to-face marketing efforts in key markets. . The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader with experience managing field teams and delivering measurable results from direct campaigns. . . Lead the planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns across all our active markets, focusing on activations that drive awareness and customer acquisition.. . Manage the direct marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to expected standards.. . Develop and manage a calendar of high-impact offline marketing events, activations, and partnerships aligned with business goals.. . Use performance data and field insights to refine direct marketing strategies and improve ROI.. . Ensure all brand touchpoints in direct marketing channels are consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.. . Identify and explore new opportunities for on-ground engagement, partnerships, and brand presence.. . Collaborate with Product, Growth, and other brand teams to ensure alignment between offline and digital campaigns.. . Track, report, and analyze campaign results using relevant KPIs to inform future efforts and team performance.. . . At least 5-7 years of experience in direct marketing, field marketing, or offline marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.. . Demonstrated success planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and partnerships.. . Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes (e.g., leads, signups, or revenue) through face-to-face marketing.. . Strong knowledge of consumer behavior in key markets and how to design locally relevant activations.. . Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously.. . Great communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and representing the brand externally.. . Company Location: Nigeria.
