About the Company. We’re looking for a . TikTok Ads Manager. to lead paid acquisition efforts on TikTok for fast-growing brands. This is a performance-focused role where you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling TikTok campaigns to drive measurable growth.. You’ll work closely with creative teams, founders, and marketing stakeholders to test high-converting creatives, scale winning audiences, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS). This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok-native content, direct response marketing, and data-driven campaign optimization.. Key Responsibilities. Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns . Develop structured creative testing frameworks (UGC, hooks, messaging angles, offers) . Monitor and improve KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and MER . Scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance targets . Collaborate with content creators and video editors to produce TikTok-native ads . Implement audience testing strategies (broad, interest-based, lookalike) . Analyze performance data and provide weekly growth reports . Identify new scaling opportunities and platform expansion strategies . Stay updated on TikTok Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads . Proven experience scaling campaigns with measurable performance impact . Strong understanding of TikTok-native creative strategy and direct response principles . Experience managing $10,000+ monthly ad spend . Familiarity with GA4 and attribution tracking tools . Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills . Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Company Location: South Africa.
