Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing through to placement. . Source, engage, and screen top recruiter talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. . Support the growth of client relationships by identifying and onboarding new business opportunities. . Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic support throughout the hiring cycle. . Work on international Rec2Rec roles, primarily within the tech and finance recruitment sectors. . Maintain accurate records on internal CRM and support data-driven hiring efforts. . Represent a professional, consultative approach to both clients and candidates. . Qualifications and Experience:. . 1–2 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role (permanent placements preferred). . Exposure to Rec2Rec or agency recruitment is advantageous. . Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. . Track record of onboarding clients and delivering quality placements. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. .
