Accountabilities. ·         Design and execute marketing and communications collateral for digital, print, packaging, and environmental channels.. ·         Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, present, and refine design solutions that align with project objectives.. ·         Manage project timelines and expectations while delivering high-quality, timely work products.. ·         Edit and retouch digital photography to enhance creative assets.. ·         Update and maintain design templates across platforms such as Google Slides, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.. ·         Stay current with digital, web, and print design methodologies and trends, applying innovative, human-centered design practices.. ·         Support multimedia content creation, including video editing, where applicable.. ·         5+ years of professional design experience with a strong print and digital portfolio (BA in Design or equivalent preferred).. ·         Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), plus comfort using Google Workspace and PowerPoint.
