Deliver technical and functional product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers, emphasizing value and outcomes.. . Design and present software solutions including future product concepts, advanced features, and complementary third-party integrations.. . Partner with marketing to develop content such as webinars, videos, and presentations.. . Provide consultative support for dental practice management solutions, including clinical, imaging, and RCM tools.. . Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, and Service teams on high-value accounts to support retention and expansion.. . Engage with Product Management to refine features based on customer feedback and industry insights.. . Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry events, presenting solutions and gathering competitive intelligence.. . Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) to support business development initiatives.. . . Minimum of 5 years of dental practice or pre-sales experience in the dental or healthcare technology industry.. . Proven ability to architect solutions, address business challenges, and translate complex features into customer insights.. . Strong understanding of private dental practice operations (1–8 practitioner segment) and competitive products.. .
