Provide exceptional customer service in French to clients in the Media & Entertainment sector.. . Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.. . Communicate clearly and effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.. . Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high standard of customer care.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.. .
