
Client Success Manager at Zipdev. We seek a strategic and commercially driven Client Success Manager (CSM) to own and grow our valuable client relationships. You will act as a trusted partner responsible for understanding your clients' business goals and ensuring they succeed with Zipdev. This role is focused on driving client retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and maximizing the lifetime value of your accounts.. Responsibilities. . Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention and growth.. . Proactively identify and execute on expansion opportunities.. . Serve as a strategic partner to your clients, conducting regular business reviews (QBRs), providing value and uncovering future needs.. . Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, from hiring managers to executives.. . Collaborate with internal Recruiting and Talent Success teams to ensure a high-quality delivery experience.. . Manage all commercial conversations, including contract renewals and negotiations for new services.. . Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, requests, and concerns.. . What You Bring:. . 5+ years of experience in a Client Success or Account Management role with direct ownership of revenue targets (NRR, upsell quotas).. . Proficiency using . Hubspot CRM.. . . . Fluent spoken and written English (C1/C2) is required.. . Experience in a B2B service, agency, or staffing company is strongly preferred.. . A consultative and strategic mindset; you can understand a client's business problems and position effective solutions.. .
