Work Schedule (Arizona Time). . . 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM. : Customer Service (calls, scheduling, inquiries, issue resolution). . . . 10:00 PM onwards. : Administrative tasks, research, and ad-hoc assignments. . . Key Responsibilities. . Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. . . Use . ServiceTitan. to schedule jobs, update records, and ensure accurate data entry. . . Track, log, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive client experience. . . Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document management. . . Perform research and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned. . . Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow efficiency. . . Qualifications. . . Customer Service experience. (Required, preferably in trades, construction, or service industries). . . . ServiceTitan experience (Hard Requirement). — candidates without this experience will not be considered. . . Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. . . Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage shifting priorities. . . Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities. . .
