What You’ll Do:. . Provide individual and/or group counseling through telehealth. . Conduct intakes, assessments, and create tailored treatment plans. . Document sessions and treatment progress in a timely and compliant manner. . Collaborate with peers and supervisors during virtual case consultations. . Uphold ethical standards of care and client confidentiality. . . Active LPCC license in the state of California (Required). . Minimum of 1-2 years post-licensure clinical experience (preferred). . Skilled in working with adults, adolescents, or specialized populations (e.g., trauma, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC). . Strong organizational and documentation skills. .
