We’re now looking for an Operations Manager based in the Philippines to join our growing team. . . This role is all about getting things done. You’ll work side-by-side with our Head of Operations to keep projects moving, tighten up processes, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. From simple admin to more complex project rollouts, you’ll be the one who turns ideas into reality. . What You’ll Be Doing. Your day-to-day will be a mix of recurring operational tasks and project-based work. Things like:. . . Admin & Organisation. : Renaming and saving documents (mainly PDFs) into Google Drive with clear, consistent file naming.. . . Reporting. : Pulling together monthly reports on settlement figures and team performance against targets.. . . Project Support:. Assisting with project rollouts (e.g. launching VideoAsk, process improvements, and other new initiatives).. . . Systems & Tools:. Using G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Chat, Calendar) daily to manage workflow, communication, and documentation.. . . Process Execution:. Following through on tasks, ensuring steps are completed, and checking details carefully.. . . Video & Training Support:. Watching Loom videos and recording instructions for the team when needed.. . About You. You’re the kind of person who gets a buzz from ticking things off your list. You’re detail-oriented, organised, and love bringing structure to moving parts. If a project is half-built, you’re the one who will get it over the finish line.. We’d love you to have:. . Experience in operations or project management (ideally in a service-based business).. . Excel/Google Sheets skills – confident with data entry, formulas, and reporting.. . Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.. . Experience working with G Suite tools (Gmail, Drive, Chat, Calendar).. . A proactive, can-do attitude – someone who sees what needs doing and makes it happen.. .
