Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients in the Government & Public Sector industry.. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.. . Assist clients with their needs and ensure a positive experience by understanding their requests.. . Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track issues and resolutions.. . Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer queries and deliver appropriate solutions.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of governmental policies and procedures to provide accurate information.. . Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency.. . . Fluent in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the public sector or government-related fields.. .
