Calendar Management: Schedule, coordinate, and update team and client meetings. . Document & Presentation Support: Prepare and customize decks for clients and business development. . Research: Conduct targeted research for projects and client needs. . Database & Tracking: Maintain contact lists, trackers, and updates. . Administrative Support: Handle signatures, NDAs, invoices, and coordination with accounting. . Proposal Support: Assist with proposals through graphics, drafting, and formatting. . General Support: Provide ad hoc assistance and special project support. . . Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional setting. . Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional remote work environment. . Strong organizational, research, and administrative skills. . Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones. . Familiarity with Google Workspace (GSuite) tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar). . High emotional intelligence, maturity, and demonstrated business acumen. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. . Comfort asking supervisors for clarity, deadlines, and priority-setting when not explicitly communicated. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams). .
