Responsibilities. Review, evaluate, and approve investment proposals, capital deployment strategies, and major transactions. Provide guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships. Ensure alignment of investment decisions with long-term business objectives and risk appetite. Assess financial models, valuations, and investment assumptions. Challenge and validate management’s investment recommendations using independent judgment. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend corrective or optimization actions. Ensure investments comply with internal governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Oversee investment risk assessment, return expectations, and capital preservation strategies. Support transparency, accountability, and best-practice investment governance. Actively participate in Investment Committee and Board meetings. Review investment performance reports and provide strategic input. Advise the Board on market trends, economic conditions, and emerging opportunities. Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in . Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
