Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM. . $100,000 – $110,000 annually. . Full benefits package. . Responsibilities. . Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families. . Build treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. . Monitor outcomes and adjust care approaches as necessary. . Document services in compliance with state and federal standards. . Collaborate with peers virtually to support clients holistically. . . Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy. . Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). .
