Design and execute strategic brand plans and campaigns to drive awareness, uptake, and long-term product success.. . Lead development of value propositions, disease education, and promotional materials in partnership with creative agencies and internal stakeholders.. . Collaborate with patient advocacy teams to build impactful messaging for patients and caregivers.. . Select and manage external partners to support campaign development and omnichannel initiatives, including digital engagement.. . Drive market innovation and field strategy alignment by working closely with sales, market access, and medical affairs teams.. . Utilize data, insights, and market research to inform strategic direction and optimize tactics.. . Oversee budget management, KPI tracking, and performance measurement for brand initiatives.. . Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards for all marketing activities.. . Partner globally on congresses, KOL engagement, educational initiatives, and digital campaigns.. . . 8–10+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical marketing, including successful product launches and commercialization.. . Strong strategic mindset with a track record of building and executing effective brand strategies, especially in rare disease or specialty care markets.. . Deep cross-functional leadership experience, especially in matrixed or fast-paced startup environments.. . Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or PhD) preferred.. . Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building from the ground up, and balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.. .
