Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding home appliance products.. . Assist customers in selecting the right appliances based on their needs and preferences.. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.. . Stay informed about product specifications, promotions, and industry trends.. .
